Miss Florida Palm State Pageant is designed as a premier pageant system to support Education through Scholarships
& to give contestants necessary practice & confidence of life skills for future Interviews, speech, public speaking and other competitions.
BEST OF ALL, THE QUEENS WILL BE STATE QUEENS WITH STATE TITLES & REPRESENT THE STATE
TRADEMARKED TITLE OF THE MISS FLORIDA PALM STATE PAGEANT tm.
All proceeds remaining after expenses from this pageant will go towards scholarships and savings bonds intended for education for the
Queens. Programs, DVD's, & Photo CD's, and any other items sold separetly are excluded from these proceeds.
"There are 5 ways to enter"
"Miss Florida Palm State Scholarship Pageant"
1. At large with no title. The entry fee is $150.00.
2. As a current reigning Queen of ANY pageant within the State of Florida. The entry fee is 125.00.
3. As a Queen of any pageant in Florida whose director has requested that we allow her Queens to advance to State.
We then consider that a prelim to Palm, but not a Palm prelim.
Pageant Examples: Miss Sunshine, Miss Firecracker, etc.Entry fee is only $100.00.
4. As a Local Palm Pageant Prelim Queen of a Palm prelim Pageant. Entry fee is only $100.00.
Several county & Regional Pageant are being set this fall for 2010.
5. By residing in a city, county or community that does not have a Palm prelim and
being the 1st to claim your city, county or community Palm title for 2010.
Entry fee is only $100.00.
The State Pageant will be alot of fun.
We are a very exciting and rewarding pageant system that is growing great and continueing to build upon our positive reputation.
We are one of the HOTTEST & Fastest growing systems in Florida.
We have an intense focus on Scholarships for Queens.
We may not have the most extravegant props, backdrops, scenery , bells & whistles, frills, etc.,
Quite simply because we are focused on giving the largest scholarships we can to our Queens.
Thursday night will be our Full rehearsal with all state queens at 4:pm & all contestants at 6pm.
Friday, the day before the pageant we will have our
Preliminary Model of the Year & our Little, Junior & Miss Swimwear (Tropical Palm) Competitions
(Free for families to come watch)
then a short rehearsal, Your Queens Social, a Queens Ball and a D.J.ed Dance.
We will be crowning 14 Queens with state titles this Year.
We hope to have approx. 80 contestants this year.
That means approx. 1 in 6 girls will walk away with State Crowns.
My goal is at least 10 in all 8 divisions. We have more than that already in our Miss, so who knows how many.
Everyone who enters the state pageant will be eligible to then advance to the National Southern Miss Scholarship in Sept.
The 14 Queens that win the state Palm pageant receive reduced entry to Nationals.
Everyone else has a little higher entry fee, but is eligible to advance.
These are the basics. Please ask any other questions you may have.
We would love to have you consider entering our Fair, Fun Filled Pageant syatem.
( ENTRY FEE Date to Remember )
Early registration Entry Fee is only $125.00 & must be postmarked by 15 May 10. This is the entry date for Local Queens to receive this fee also.
Entry fee for at-large contestants is $150.00 & must be postmarked on or before 29 May 2010 & include all money, ads & photos.
Applications postmarked after 29 May 2010 will be accepted until final deadline 05 June 2010, however the entry fee
will increase to $175.00.
(No applications will be accepted after this date).
If you're a current reigning Local County or City Palm Queen your entry fee is only $100.00 if received by 15 May 2010.
If you are a Prelim Pageant Queen (ie Miss Sunshine or Miss Firecracker Pageant, etc.) your entry fee is only $100.00
If you're a current reigning Queen of ANY other pageant within Florida your entry fee is only $125.00.
All other contestants may enter At-Large, entry fee is $150.00.

Walk & Pattern of Choice! 3 Point Front T is recommended.
Teen, Miss & Mrs are judged on 50% interview (5 Minutes) - 25% public speaking (1 Minute Speech) - 25% evening gown competition
All other divisions are judged a 1 to 20 on Personality - Beauty - Poise - Gown - Overall Appearance
Judges will be of the highest caliber for your pageant
with no prior connection to anyone participating in or connected to the pageant!

State of Florida Title of Miss Florida Palm State Pageant Queen. A Scholarship check will be given to the 2010.
Miss Florida Palm State Queen for her college or university at the end of her reign. Our 1st year with only 21 contestants & no reigning
Miss Florida Palm Queen we presented the 2006-2007 Miss Florida Forestry Brigette Utley with a check to Chipola College that paid for
her entire 1st semester. Our 2nd year we awarded a total of $5,000.00 to our 2007-2008 Queens. We hope to increase that amount
each year as the pageant system grows. High end State Level Full Round Crown: 3 inch for younger divisions & 5 1/4 inch for older divisions.
Double stoned lined high end white sash finely embroidered & trimmed.
Double column engraved trophy. Gifts & Prizes. Personalized License Plate and a Queen window decal.
Queens Prizes for all other Divisions Ages 0-16
State of Florida Title of Miss Florida Palm State Pageant Queen.
Savings Bonds: Intended for education will be given out to all other division Queens at the end of their Reign
beginning with the 2008-2009 Queens. We awarded $1,000.00 to our 2007-2008 Teen Miss this past year.

at the Bountstown High School Auditorium.
Walk the Runway, Strike that pose & compete for this State Title!
Ever want to have your own personal modeling shoot.
Get Ready Now!
It will be walk of choice and pattern of choice for this competition.
You are on the modeling runway!
Chose your best modeling outfit (Outfir of choice) and have a great time competing for this State Title
to the upbeat dance music of the 1980's.
You will be able to choose your upbeat song from a list of music with a good beat.
It is optional to enter this competition. Entry fee is an additional $50.00.
You may ask, Why $50.00?
The Prizes for this state title are approx. $200.00 alone.
Plus, To pay the Judge & Photographer, for the time it requires to edit all the photo's,
to pay for all the Photo CD's and the time to make all the Photo CD's that you will receive free from the photo shoot.
All entries will be judged on their modeling abilities and their photogenic appeal
by a single judge from the Division Judges.
Then the Top 5 Models will come back to model again during the 6:00pm pageant
for our panel of judges who will choose the winner!
Contestants will also receive all photo's taken from their modeling shoot on a Photo CD.

2010 Miss Florida Palm Hospitality State Queen
Receives Crown, Banner & Trophy & makes appearances with division Queens.
The person competing for & selling the most Hospitality ads will win & be crowned with the State Title

Sell to friends, family & Businesses. These are personal Good Luck &/or sponsor Ads for program book.
$25.00 = 1/4 page, $50.00 = 1/2 page, $100.00 = a full page ad.
Ads must include your photo, name & town & must be turned in complete & ready to copied by our printers.

Receives High End State Level Full Round Crown, Banner & Trophy & makes appearances with
other division Queens. This "Miss Florida Tropical Palm State Queen" title is an optional
Swimwear Competition you may want to seriously consider entering, it is only an additional $30.00 & is open to all contestants.
It will be scored separately from the seven optionals & 8 age division competitions as a separate optional competition.
The swimwear Finals competition will take place after the beauty competition
score sheets have been turned into the auditors at the 2:00pm and 6:00pm pageants.
"RECOMMENDED ATTIRE" Is totally your choice.
I recommend it be age appropriate & in good taste.
Either 1 or 2 piece. You need to choose which you think you will compete better in.
Shoes: Either barefoot, sandals, flip flops or even heels. Age and look you are wanting to present should dictate.
Props: Sunglasses, boogy boards, etc. are ok. Your call here too.
The person with the highest score in the swimwear competition Finals
Ages 0-6 will be crowned "Little Miss Florida Tropical Palm State Queen"
Ages 7-12 will be crowned "Jr. Miss Florida Tropical Palm State Queen"
Ages 13 & up will be crowned "Miss Florida Tropical Palm State Queen"
Miss Florida Tropical Palm Ambassador State Queen
Receives High End State Level Full Round Crown, Banner & Trophy & makes appearances with
other division Queens. 1 Overall Peoples Choice Winner will be crowned Miss Florida Tropical Palm
