2008 = $4,000 Scholarships, $3,000 in prizes = $7,000
2009 = $8,000 Scholarships, $3,000 in prizes = $11,000 (47 contestants)
2010 = $6,400.00 Scholarships, $3,000 in prizes = $9,400.00 (28 Contestants)
We have a Goal of 100 contestants for the 2011 Pageant.
If we reach this goal we anticapate awarding approx.
$20,000.00 in Scholarships & Prizes

Miss Florida Palm State Pageant is designed as a premier pageant system to support Education through Scholarships
& to give contestants necessary practice & confidence of life skills for future Interviews, speech, public speaking and other competitions.
BEST OF ALL, THE QUEENS WILL BE STATE QUEENS WITH STATE TITLES & REPRESENT THE STATE
TRADEMARKED TITLE OF THE MISS FLORIDA PALM STATE PAGEANT tm.
All proceeds remaining after expenses from this pageant will go towards scholarships and savings bonds intended for education for the
Queens. Programs, DVD's, & Photo CD's, and any other items sold separetly are excluded from these proceeds.

"There are 4 ways to enter State"
1. At large with no title. The entry fee is $150.00.
2. As a current reigning Queen of ANY pageant within the State of Florida. The entry fee is 125.00.
3. As a Queen of any pageant in Florida whose director has requested that we allow her Queens to advance to State.
We then consider that a prelim to Palm, but not a Palm prelim.
Pageant Examples: Miss Sunshine, etc. Entry fee is only $100.00.
4. As a Palm Pageant Prelim Queen of a Palm prelim Pageant. Entry fee is only $75.00.

The State Pageant will be alot of fun.
We are a very exciting and rewarding pageant system that is growing great and continueing to build upon
our positive reputation as a Rewarding, Fun Filled & Fair Pageant.
We are one of the HOTTEST & Fastest growing systems in Florida. We have an intense focus on Scholarships for Queens.
We may not have the most extravegant props, backdrops, scenery , bells & whistles, frills, etc.,
Quite simply because we are focused on giving the largest scholarship amounts possible to our Queens.

Baby-Teeny Divisions are judged on the following

Attire is Dress of Choice:
Meaning Pageant or Heirloom for the younger divisions.

40% of Score
Teen, Miss & Mrs. will compete in a 5 minute interview competition.
Winners receive a very nice Interview Award Wall Plaque.

Plus a Model of the Year and also a Supreme Queen.
The one Contestant with the highest score in Modeling will have Model of the Year added to her banner.
The one contestant with the highest division score, Talent Score, Modeling score & Swimwear score will be
awarded the addtional title of Supreme Queen which will be added to her banner.
Must enter all 3 Optional competitions to be eligible.
Our Goal is 100 contestants in our 2011 Pageant.
If we obtian our goal of 100 contestants we anticipate awarding approx.
$20,000.00
in scholarships & prizes
to the 2010 Queens.
Another goal is at least 10 in each of the 8 divisions.
Everyone who enters the state pageant (Win or Lose) will be eligible to advance on to the
National Southern Miss Scholarship Pageant in November.
All 14 Queens that win State are required to enter Nationals & will receive $50.00 off their entry fee to Nationals.
Everyone else that compete at state is eligible to advance to & enter Nationals with a little higher entry fee.

Miss Florida Palm Queen Prizes Age 17-24
State of Florida Title of Miss Florida Palm State Pageant Queen. A Scholarship check will be given to the 2010.
Miss Florida Palm State Queen for her college or university at the end of her reign. Our 1st year with only 21 contestants & no reigning
Miss Florida Palm Queen we presented the 2006-2007 Miss Florida Forestry Brigette Utley with a check to Chipola College that paid for
her entire 1st semester. Our 2nd year we awarded a total of $5,000.00 + over $2,000.00 in prizes to our 2007-2008 Queens.
Our 3rd year we awarded over $8,000.00 + over $3,000.00 in prizes to our 2008-2009 Queens.
We hope to increase that amount each year as the pageant system grows.
High end State Level Full Round Crown: 3 inch for younger divisions & 5 1/4 inch for older divisions.
Double stoned lined high end white sash finely embroidered & trimmed.
Double column engraved trophy. Gifts & Prizes.
Queens Prizes for all other Divisions Ages 0-16
State of Florida Title of Miss Florida Palm State Pageant Queen.
Savings Bonds: Intended for education will be given out to all other division Queens at the end of their Reign
beginning with the 2008-2009 Queens.

Ever want to have your own personal modeling shoot on the runway or earn a scholarship for your Talent.

We will have 2 divisions for each competition
Little age 0-9 & 10-up Miss Florida Tropical Palm (Swimwear & Modeling)
The one with the highest score in modeling will have the title of
"Model of the Year" added to her banner
It will be walk of choice and pattern of choice & music of choice for this competition.
You are on the modeling runway!
Chose your best swimwear, Talent or Modeling outfit (Outfit of choice) and have a great time competing for these State Titles.
You will choose your own music. Must be turned in on a CD with your application.
It is optional to enter these competitions. Entry fee is an additional $50.00 each.
Swimwear and Modeling will be judged on their modeling abilities and their photogenic appeal by the Division Judges.

State of Florida Titles of Miss Florida Tropical Palm State Pageant Queen Talent, Swimwear & Model.
High End State Level Full Round Crown. Double stoned lined high end white sash finely embroidered & trimmed.
Very nice trophy.
This year we will be identifying our overall high point winner of the entire pageant as
Supreme Queen
This title will be added to her banner.
In order to be eligible for this Supreme Title you must be entered into all 4 categories
the division competition, teh Talent Competition, the Modeling Competition and the Swimwear Competition.
Also the Contestant with the highest score in Modeling will have
Model of the Year
added to her banner.
"RECOMMENDED ATTIRE"
Is totally your choice.
I recommend it be age appropriate & in good taste.
You need to choose which you think you will compete better in.
Age, look & personality you are wanting to present should dictate.
